Humanitarian law is an important branch of international law that has established regulations regarding the behavior of warring parties during war. These regulations have provided restrictions or prohibitions regarding the use of weapons during war. It supports civilians or those who are unable to continue the war, such as the wounded and wounded. Monotheistic religions have had teachings on the behavior of participants in war since the past centuries and have called people to avoid violence. The important issue in this field is the implementation of regulations at the national level.
