Abstract

The relentless advancement in technical knowledge has led to major issues faced by organizations becoming more human-centered. Therefore, managers and scholars in the field of organizational management strive to address these issues by examining human behavior and confronting human challenges within organizations. The trajectory of organizational behavior studies within organizations, especially Islamic ones, has been limited. Given the significance of religion in Islamic societies, there is a felt need to conduct religious research in this domain. To achieve this goal, the researchers of this paper aimed to take steps in this direction and delve into the study of the Islamic approach in important areas of organizational behavior analysis, particularly at the individual level. The present study aims to identify and explain the individual factors influencing organizational behavior in governmental organizations with an Islamic approach. This article is of a developmental research type, and its information has been collected from library sources. In this study, researchers first state the research problem, then elaborate on theoretical discussions, and subsequently propose solutions by examining scholars' views on the individual factors affecting organizational behavior with an Islamic approach. a) Factors affecting job satisfaction of employees in Islam: Adequate salary payment, attention to employees, encouragement governance system, fair treatment for all, cooperation and collaboration in work, and a lively work environment. b) Job attitude indicators in Islam: Fulfillment of commitments and promises within the organization, accountability of officials, integrity, justice and observance of rights, humility, and simplicity in officials. c) Factors influencing employees' perception from an Islamic perspective: Avoidance of flattery and combating it within the organization, avoidance of gullibility and superficiality, avoidance of superstitions, association with scholars, and avoidance of dishonest individuals. d) Factors affecting employees' motivation from an Islamic perspective: Ensuring employees' livelihood, presence of respect and dignity in the work environment, intimacy and fraternity in the workplace, returning the field of advancement, and presence of spiritual motivations in the workplace. e) Factors influencing employees' learning from an Islamic perspective: Continuity and perseverance in work, advising and accepting advice, contemplation on the stories of predecessors, collaboration and consultation, and consideration of nature and creatures.

پیشرفت روزافزون در حوزه دانش فنی، سبب شده است که مشکلات بزرگی که سازمان‌ها با آنها روبرو هستند، بیشتر به ماهیت انسانی مرتبط شوند. به همین دلیل، مدیران و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه مدیریت سازمانی تلاش می‌کنند تا با بررسی رفتار انسان و مواجهه با چالش‌های انسانی در سازمان، این مشکلات را برطرف کنند. سیر مطالعات رفتار سازمانی در سازمان‌ها، به‌ویژه در سازمان‌های اسلامی، محدود بوده و با توجه به اهمیت دین در جوامع اسلامی، ضرورت انجام تحقیقات دینی در این حوزه احساس می‌شود. تحقق این مهم، محققان این نوشتار را بر آن داشت تا گام‌هایی در این زمینه بردارند و در حد توان به مطالعه رویکرد اسلامی در حوزه‌های مهم رفتار سازمانی به خصوص در سطح تحلیل فردی بپردازند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین عوامل فردی مؤثر بر رفتار سازمانی در سازمان‌های دولتی با رویکرد اسلامی انجام شده است. این مقاله از نوع تحقیقات توسعه‌ای بوده و اطلاعات آن از منابع کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شده است. محققان در این مطالعه، برای تحلیل مبحث ابتدا مسئله تحقیق را بیان و به تشریح مباحث نظری پرداخته و سپس با بررسی نظرات اندیشمندان در خصوص عوامل فردی مؤثر بر رفتار سازمانی با رویکرد اسلامی، راهکارهایی ارائه کرده است. الف) عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت شغلی کارگزاران در اسلام: پرداخت دستمزد مکفی، توجه به کارکنان، حاکمیت نظام تشویق، برخورد عادلانه نسبت به همه، وجود همکاری و تعاون در کارها، وجود نشاط در محیط کار. ب) شاخصه های نگرش شغلی در اسلام: وفاء به عهد و عمل به وعده در سازمان، انتقادپذیری مسئولان، عفت، حق مداری و اقامه حق، تواضع، وجود ساده زیستی در مسئولان. ج) عوامل مؤثر بر  ادراک کارگزاران در دیدگاه اسلامی: پرهیز از چاپلوسی  و مبارزه با آن در سازمان، پرهیز از زود باوری و سطحی نگری، پرهیز از خرافات، مجالست با علما، پرهیز از افراد دروغگو. د) عوامل مؤثر بر انگیزش کارگزاران از دیدگاه اسلام: تأمین معاش کارگزاران، وجود اکرام و احترام  در محیط کار، صمیمیت و برادری در محیط کار، بازگذاردن میدان ترقی، وجود  انگیزه های معنوی در محیط کار. هـ) عوامل موثر بر یادگیری کارگزاران از دیدگاه اسلام: مداومت و پایداری در کار، نصیحت کردن و نصیحت پذیری، تأمل در قصص گذشتگان، همفکری  و مشورت، نظر به طبیعت و موجودات.
