The principal gap in the existing literature lies in the absence of an integrated analytical formulation capable of connecting ontological, anthropological, and eschatological foundations with the practical rules governing defense. Accordingly, the central research question is: <strong>What foundations underpin defensive jihād in Imāmī jurisprudence, and what rules of action does it entail for safeguarding the security of the Islamic community?</strong></span> <span>The study employs an <strong>inferential normative analysis</strong> based on authoritative jurisprudential texts. Within the theoretical framework, the principal rules underlying Islamic defense thought are identified and analyzed, with particular attention to their scope and their relationship to the criteria governing their implementation. At the level of legal and jurisprudential rulings, the obligation to defend in the event of enemy aggression is reconstructed, together with its relationship to the constraints of <strong>necessity, proportionality, and the prohibition of transgression</strong>. The findings indicate that connecting foundational principles with operative rules provides a coherent framework for Islamic defense policy, one that remains open to theoretical evaluation and contemporary reassessment.</span> این پژوهش با تمرکز بر «جهادِ دفاعی» در فقه امامیه، الگوی هنجاریِ منسجمِ دفاع مشروع را از دل مبانی و نصوص فقهی استخراج می‌کند و از رویکرد صرفاً توصیفی فاصله می‌گیرد. شکاف اصلیِ پیشینه، فقدان صورت‌بندی تحلیلی یکپارچه است که مبانی هستی‌شناختی، انسان‌شناختی و فرجام‌شناختی را به قواعد عملی دفاع پیوند دهد. بر این اساس، سؤال محوری چنین است: جهادِ دفاعی در امامیه بر چه مبانی‌ای استوار است و کدام قواعد عمل را برای تأمین امنیت جامعه اسلامی اقتضا می‌کند؟ روش پژوهش، تحلیل هنجاریِ استنباطی بر پایه متون معتبر است. در چارچوب نظری، قواعد کلیدیِ اندیشه دفاعی تبیین و قلمرو و نسبت آن‌ها با معیارهای اجرا بررسی می‌شود. در بخش حکم‌شناسی، وجوب دفاع در صورت هجوم دشمن و نسبت آن با قیود ضرورت، تناسب و منع تعدّی بازسازی می‌گردد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد پیوند مبانی با قواعد، الگویی سازوار برای سیاست دفاعی اسلامی فراهم می‌آورد که قابل داوری و به‌روزآوری در سطح نظری است. https://www.jspt.ir/article_253088_da30148d34f76d2c9d77a19899065e4a.pdf
