Journal Article 2023 12 06 The era of Qajar rule coincided with the large presence of European diplomats in Iran. Many of these diplomats, in addition to their expertise in political and cultural affairs, were people of wisdom and knowledge and were fluent in various languages. Among these diplomats, there is Antoine Carey, who came to Iran from the French government to carry out a political mission, and during his stay in Iran, he translated, studied and researched Islamic and Shiite historical and religious texts. One of the works translated by him is the book "Islamic Laws on Halal and Haram Issues". His translation is masterful. He also wrote a detailed introduction to it, in which he discussed the political developments of the legal system of Iran and France. In this article, Carey's introduction to the book has been discussed. The research method employed in this article is the translation and analysis of Carey's work <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">دوران حکومت قاجار مصادف بود با حضور گسترده دیپلمات های اروپایی در ایران.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">بسیاری از این دیپلمات ها علاوه بر تخصص در امور سیاسی و فرهنگی، اهل خرد و دانش بودند و به زبان های مختلف مسلط بودند.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">از جمله این دیپلمات ها می توان به آنتوان کری اشاره کرد که برای انجام یک مأموریت سیاسی از دولت فرانسه به ایران آمد و در مدت اقامت خود در ایران به ترجمه، مطالعه و تحقیق متون تاریخی و مذهبی اسلامی و شیعی پرداخت.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">یکی از آثار ترجمه شده توسط وی کتاب «قوانین اسلامی در مسائل حلال و حرام» است.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">ترجمه او استادانه است.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">وی همچنین مقدمه مفصلی بر آن نوشته و در آن به تحولات سیاسی نظام حقوقی ایران و فرانسه پرداخته است.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">در این مقاله به مقدمه کری بر کتاب پرداخته شده است.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این مقاله، ترجمه و تحلیل آثار کری است.</span></span> https://www.jspt.ir/article_184630_dbf96af539bc2769f13e90f0ec858556.pdf
